Dado back panel instead of rabbit?

I like to run a 1/4 dado and slide my back in after the box is assembled. Then put my screw strips on the back of the cabinet. Is this possible or do I need to just live with a 3/4 rabbit?

I am using DXF file imported into my my CNC software.

The program is currently only setup for a rabbit for the backs.

Can I Dado the bottom/deck to accept the partition? The stretchers too if possible? grin

I will just add the dado before I send it to the CNC.
