Not sure if this is the correct location for this question.
When creating "type 14" doors
It seems the flat panel width should be the same as the door rails
Mine are showing 13 15/16 door rails but 12 15/16 wide panel

I am missing something someplace? huh

The default settings should give a 1/8" gap on all 4 sides of the panel.

In the Door standards, check your panel width adjustment. Also check the door tenon length, this is usually left at zero for normal stile & rail cutters.

Ok maybe a bit more explaining
I`m making shaker style doors with .5 overlay
I cut a 1/4 thick by 3/8 groove in stiles and rails
The rails also have a tenon to fit inside that groove.

My door settings show .375 stile and rail cutter depth
I have .375 as my tenon length.

I don't have anything set for panel size adjustment

If I set my tenon length at 0 will the rails be long enough?

Yes, setting the tenon length to zero should do it.
