Image size on screen

It is difficult to see the drawings I am working on. The image is very small on the side of the screen. I can zoom in, but any time I make a change or save a cabinet it resets. It would be great if the drawing could stay at the preferred zoom, or if there were an option for 1920x1080 screens.
