I use the open below upper cabinet to make an upper with a transom glass door on top. The door sizes come up with the middle rail not being split by the two doors, one above and one below. On the sheet with the drawing of the faceframe, the doors are the correct size. However, when you hit the calc button, the doors show up a different size. I'll upload the file?

I am unable to duplicate this. Are you running the latest version of the program? Perhaps it was fixed (though I don't remember any changes to this unit recently)

Ive tried to send you the file, but it says file is too large for server. I even tried to compress it. I use the special overlay thing in the standards. I use 1.28 overlay on rails and top and bottom stiles and .64 on mid rails. I use 1 1/2" face frames exept for mid rails I use 3 inch.

Hmm, I cant imagine how the file could be too large for a server. They are usually around 400KB.
Is anyone else able to duplicate this? If so maybe they can send me the file.

Ive made a new file with only 2 cabinets and was able to send it to you.. I also noticed when I used a Tall corner 2 openings, the doors came out a completely different size. Hit the calc button and see if you don't get several different sizes of doors. I set the cabinets yesterday. The lower doors don't reach the opening. The hopper doors are full overlay 1 1/4". The corner cabinet door turned out a different size than all the rest.

Under the standards window, under doors, I use the special overlay button set at 1.28125 for everything except middle rails, which are set at 0.0640625 .
