I created my upper corner cabinet in CP with these settings:

L & R back width 24 in
L & R side width 12 in
L & R scribe .5 in
Style width 1.5
door overlay .5
I'm planning on using Blum soft close European hinges.

I've cut all cabinet parts and upon assembly realize I need
to cut the styles outside edge at a 45 degree angle. My concern is this cut will only leave about .75 in exposed front. Is this enough? If not how can I fix it... cut them 22.5 degrees along with adjoining cabinet styles.... cut new wider styles with 45 degree outside edges and adjust the rails?

I would think having only 3/4 exposed on the front should be fine. With the way European hinges open you shouldn't have any clearance issues.

Cutting a 22.5 edge on it and the adjoining cabinet would probably be tough to get them to fit tight together.

This situation is something I've pondered on a few times. My current method is to change the styles on the cut list. But then oops I forget on a job and we are redoing a face frame. I was wondering if a setting could be programmed into the system to add width to corner styles but still render them as 1 1/2" The way I build upper corner units the face frames need to finish out at 17 inches. That's what the cut list will give you with 1 1/2" styles. Bumping the styles up in width on the cut list does not change the rail or door size so its not to bad. You just need too keep it in mind.

What I ended up doing was to recut the stiles 2" wide and adjusting the rail length. Mainly to keep aesthetics (same spacing between doors). Also greater strength for hanging the door.
