Are there any diagrams of the box construction available. I'm lost without pictures. Thanks in advance.

Not really. The program can be set up for a lot of different construction techniques, so making diagrams for all of them would be difficult.

Which part(s) are you having problems figuring out?

After looking carefully at the dimensions, several questions were answered. The only weirdness is the number of screw strips. The program seems to be defaulted to 30 per cabinet. I guess I just need to adjust the number to whatever will hold the cabinet up. That being said, I've installed the update and, as a fellow desktop programmer, I appreciated the work you've done as well as the ongoing task of customer service.

30 screw strips seems a bit high for the default rolleyes, I'll have to see about changing that.

After I finished tweaking the standards, I ran the cabinet again and noticed that the 1/4 ply back height dimension is 3/4 less than expected. My cab upper is 40 1/2 tall and the back is 39 3/4.

The backs normally run from the top of the top to the bottom of the bottom. If you have 3/4" box material and a 1 1/2" bottom rail the size you mentioned would be correct for the default settings.

You can enter .75 in the back height adjustment in the Upper standards or in the Cabinet Parts Adjustment window (same setting but accessible in two locations).
