xx Hello from Shady Cove Oregon
« Thread started on: Nov 7th, 2016, 5:54pm »

I am a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity.
We build 3 or 4 houses a year and have just started building our own cabinets.

I am trying to find a software program that I can use and decided to give this one a try.

I have a couple of questions
Can I have two different materials for the backs? we have used 1/4 ply on the uppers and 1/2 ply on the lowers

Also it seems that the face frames are the exact same width as the cabinets, I like to have 1/8 oversize then put a 1/8 skin on the exposed ends

Thanks for any help

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry, backs can only be one thickness in the program.

You can use the "scribe" setting to get the face frame to overlay on the sides.
